We operate Monday – Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm.

Terms & Conditions

Project Payments

Deposit due: 30% of agreed upon fee, due at time of agreement.
Balance: Remaining balance due at the end of the project before delivery of all items.

Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted exclusive and unlimited usage and reproduction rights to the final designs prepared for the client as part of this project. Dandelion Creative Ltd reserves the copyright to reproduce any and all designs created in print and electronic media for Dandelion Creative Ltd promotional purposes.

Revisions

Revisions or alterations to the scope of work or schedule may obligate the client to additional fees. These may include copy or layout changes made after initial client approvals. Extensive alterations, such as a change in marketing objectives or project goals, shall be considered new work and will require that this agreement be amended with a change order to reflect the revised scope of work.

Proof-reading

The client has responsibility to proof-read and review all work produced during the project. As a result, the client is fully responsible for any errors in spelling, typography, illustrative layout, photography or other errors discovered after printing or reproduction or for any work performed by third-parties selected by the client.

Cancellation

In the event the client cancels this agreement prior to completion, within five (5) business days of such cancellation, the client shall pay Dandelion Creative Ltd for: (1) all work performed up to the date of termination; (2) all outside expenses and commitments that have been incurred and cannot be cancelled; and, (3) a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the remaining fees that would otherwise have been paid if the project would have been completed.

Here is a sneak peak of the early moodboard we put together to inspire us in the development of the brand identity. Olive and Vines is soon to be running wine tours in the beautiful Rhone Valley in the south of France. Earthy and rich colours will be at the forefront of the identity alongside rustic yet sophisticated typography. It’s been an absolute pleasure working on this so far.⁣

Last week, Kelly attended coaching sessions all about planning at the @elitebusinessacademy and learnt all about how having a planning system is an essential part of achieving your targets. Most people give up on their goals quite quickly but by dedicating time to a system, you can make your ambitions less overwhelming and more achievable. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The way to do this is by thinking of the bigger picture of the year and sectioning your plans into a 12 Month Plan > 90 Day Plan > Weekly Plan > Daily Plan. By planning all of your quarterly goals that you have taken from your long term plan, you can funnel down the tasks to be scheduled into your weekly calendar and prioritised based on whether they are urgent, important or could be delegated. We’re looking forward to getting our year organised in this way. Have you tried it?⁣⁣

One of the things we love to do here at Dandelion One of the things we love to do here at Dandelion is use the seasons as inspiration. Each season has its own personality and December is no exception. Colour often evokes an emotional reaction and the Christmas countdown brings has whole host of beautiful colours. ⁣⁣

Here is a palette of the more traditional colours of the holidays that bring with them their own memories. Choosing the Christmas tree, cranberry sauce and mulled wine, the long dark nights, building gingerbread houses, wrapping presents in lashings of gold ribbon and getting cosy in a big warm blanket. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Festive colours do not have to be traditional, there are a lot of colour palettes that can be used such as metallics or icy blues. Think about your brand colours and which colours would complement them. You can then use the colours within your marketing materials. It can work especially well to grab attention if you have a particular seasonal offer, just make sure you still have your own brand colours in mind. ⁣⁣

Alternatively using your own brand colours and bringing in festive imagery through photography or illustrations will also work really well. ⁣⁣

Over the summer we worked with the lovely Amelia a Over the summer we worked with the lovely Amelia at @pssalondon to create a new website for The Pop School and Dance Academy down in London. Our aim was to communicate all of the fantastic things that they do and it was such a pleasure to do so with all of the brilliant imagery we had to choose from. ⁣

We wanted the website to feel dynamic and included details such as video overlays and call to actions to bring the performers to life. ⁣
⁣

Autumn is our favourite season at Dandelion, as it’s the season we started the business. It even inspired our brand colour palette with the dark night skies and golden copper hues of the leaves. We wanted our palette to be warm, rich and welcoming and evoke a luxurious vibe. ⁣

When is it time to rebrand? Your branding is ever When is it time to rebrand? 
Your branding is ever evolving and is much more than just a logo. It is how people view and perceive your company through every interaction they have with it. The visual identity and strategy of your brand may no longer fit with the vision you have for your company, which may be making you start to think about rebranding. 
Here are a few reasons it might be time to rebrand:

1. Your target audience has changed -  Your business may have evolved in a new direction meaning your current branding is no longer speaking to your ideal customers.

2. You are failing to stand out from your competitors - Are you blending into the background against others in your industry that have similar styles and visuals?

3. You’ve outgrown your brand identity - Perhaps your business has grown and the branding you had as a start-up doesn’t reflect the quality you provide or communicate that you are an established business. .
4. Your identity feels outdated - It should be timeless and if it was created with a certain trend in mind at the time, it’s possible that it now struggles to communicate credibility to your potential customers. .
5. You dislike it - Now, rebranding because you are bored of your current identity isn’t advised as it can damage brand recognition. Having said that, your branding is personal to you. You’ve worked hard to get where you are and you want to be proud to promote yourself. If you dislike it so much that it’s stopping you from putting yourself out there confidently, you should think about changing it as it’s holding you back. .

Goldsmiths North is a contemporary silverware and jewellery selling fair that is taking place in the Cutlers’ Hall in Sheffield throughout the weekend. Here’s a look at some of the additional print co Here’s a look at some of the additional print collateral we have designed as part of the new look for DermaLuxe Aesthetics. These are A5 flyers to be dropped off in local salons. We used a serif font in our design to bring a sense of luxury and a script font for Rachel’s name to add personality. Rachel also wanted to inject glam with sparkly paper. If you are wanting your design to have a luxurious feel, consider details like the thickness of the paper and adding print finishes such as metallic foiling or spot UV when printing as they can make all the difference to your customers experience.

We went with a colour palette that includes range of green, giving a nod to the natural and added orange and pink to bring a fun, playful twist to compliment Sarah’s style and warm personality. We’ll be sharing a closer look at the logo very soon!
Good Morning! I’m currently reading “Mindset” by Carol Dweck, a world renowned psychologist who explains that it’s not just our abilities and talents that bring us success but whether we approach our goals with a fixed or growth mindset. I highly recommend it. So this is a Monday reminder that whatever challenge is thrown at you while running your business this week, if you try to approach it as a learning experience and as something that is going to help you make steps towards your goals, it won’t feel as bad if doesn’t go to plan first time. You can and will succeed with persistence and a habit of questioning what alternatives can be tried, rather than looking at things as failures. It seems straightforward and it is something we tell our students all the time, but it’s something we forget to apply ourselves sometimes and I think business owners need to hear it most of all to help big goals seem less daunting! Our week ahead includes teaching, invitation design, web design, client meetings and a new brand launch. What have you got on this week and do you think mindset makes a difference?

April is an exciting month for our Andy. He is mov April is an exciting month for our Andy. He is moving house, getting married and going to Mexico all within a couple of weeks of each other! Dandelion will be working out of his brand new home studio when the move takes place. He already has big plans to cover the house and the office in houseplants (much to his other half’s dismay) so watch this space, we might be working out of a jungle soon enough if he gets his own way. Do you love houseplants or do you struggle to keep them alive longer than a week like me?
